Plain English summary: EmberForge is a free entertainment website. We use fake in-game currency called Embers — these are worth nothing in real life and can never be cashed out. By using the site, you agree to these rules.
EmberForge ("we", "us", "our") is operated by EmberForge Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, registration number EF-GB-291047-03, with its registered office at 115 Lyndhurst Ave, Twickenham TW2 6BU, United Kingdom.
EmberForge is a social entertainment platform centred on volcanic forge mythology. Users interact with simulated content, including the Forge Wheel game, using our virtual currency, Embers (EMB). No real money is ever staked, won, or lost on this platform.
To use EmberForge you must:

By using EmberForge, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time.
Your EmberForge session is session-based; no persistent account registration is currently required to use the platform. Your Ember balance is maintained during your session.
You are responsible for ensuring that no person under the age of 18 has access to your device while EmberForge is active.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who breaches these Terms, without prior notice.

All users begin with 1,000 Embers. If your balance reaches zero, the platform automatically grants a complimentary refill of 500 Embers. Embers may be awarded through daily login bonuses and milestone events, entirely at EmberForge's discretion.
EmberForge reserves the right to modify, adjust, or discontinue Embers and the associated systems at any time without liability to users.
You agree not to:
